Our customer support team consists of highly qualified service experts. We train our service engineers and support team with a unique internally designed apprentice program which involves a comprehensive training seminar (4 to 8 weeks) at our headquarters in Germany, as well as certified industry specific training courses.

At Schubert North America, we back every machine with world-class service and operator training to maximize uptime. Our field service technicians are developed through rigorous programs—including an in-house apprenticeship, 4–8 week training at our German headquarters, PMMI-certified courses, and partnerships with local universities—ensuring rapid diagnostics, fast response times, and expert support across the continent.

To keep customer teams confident and self-sufficient, we offer comprehensive training seminars at our Charlotte facility, where two Schubert TLM systems are installed specifically for hands-on learning. Covering everything from system controls to image processing, these two-level programs prepare operators to identify and resolve issues, adapt programming, and maintain smooth production—whether on the latest technology or legacy lines. Together with spare parts support, line extensions, and installation services, this approach reflects Schubert’s full commitment to keeping North American customers running at peak performance.

Our Locations

With an expansion of our North American headquarters, in Charlotte NC, we prepare to meet the demand of its growing customer base in North America.

The new headquarters building, which is approximately 45000 sq. ft., will include sales, engineering, service, final assembly, and a customer training center. It will be located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina.
